Reference to "website" means the whole or any part of the web pages located on this webpage (including but not limited to any elements of design, underlying code, text, sounds, graphics, animated elements or any other content).The following is the Agreement which applies to your use of our web pages for the purchase of online goods. By browsing through the Website, opening an Account, or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. However some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.All depictions contained on the website are for illustration purposes only. Product Prices
Prices of products and other charges displayed on this website are currently quoted in Eastern Caribbean Currency (EC) at the time of issue, but are subject to change without notice. You should check the price of a product at the time of placing an order. The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, for the product itself but in some cases does not include postage/delivery charges.

Your Account
It is recommended but not required that you create an account on our website to purchase from us.

We retain absolute discretion to refuse to allow an account to be established, to terminate accounts, to remove or edit content where the account has not been kept in accordance with these terms and conditions.
It is your responsibility to provide your exact email address, delivery address, billing address and telephone number and to keep these up to date. Any incorrect information provided may lead to a delay in delivering or incorrect delivery of your ordered product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details (including password) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your membership. Your password and account details are stored on a secure server for ease of use in processing future orders or for warranty claims. The information is only used to process your orders, for statistical purposes that may improve our website and its services, and to allow us to notify you of special offers or new products via our newsletters. Credit payment plans require a completed card payment authorization as described below.

Security
We will take reasonable steps to secure the website and the systems in our control that are used to access and use the website. However, given the nature of the internet, it is sometimes unreliable and is a difficult medium to secure. We cannot guarantee the security of the website or the systems (including the internet and your hardware and software) used to access and use the website, or any information that passes through such systems.

Shipping and Delivery
Free delivery is available across St. Kitts and Nevis for online purchases totalling EC$100 or more. Qualifying purchases made by 2 p.m. receive free same day delivery.
For other orders, your order will be dispatched and delivered within 48 hours once payment has been made via credit or debit card. However, if payment is made via the option of “Cash on Delivery”, this may take a longer time for processing thus lengthening the time span for delivery.
We will do everything we can to ensure quick and secure delivery, but ultimately we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods unless the item is insured. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.

Payment
We accept PayPal, Cash on Delivery and Credit Card payments (Visa and Mastercard). By placing your order, you agree that the credit card information provided is sole yours and you are of the age of 16 years for which you give consent for us to process your transaction. By selecting the payment option “Cash on Delivery” you agree to pay the full amount for the item(s) purchased. If after submitting the order for the item(s) via that means you decided you no longer will pay for the product(s), we reserve the right to terminate all other services, products and payments on our website associated with you. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction for which full payment has not yet been received within 48 hours.

Credit Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

Payment plans are available on selected items, subject to approval. Items are sold at the original price, not the sale price.

The downpayment, instalments and maximum repayment period depend on the cost of the item. Future payments may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, based on how you are paid. You will receive the item once the required downpayment is made following approval.

You must complete a payment authorization form with debit or credit card information to place on file. Automatic weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments will be processed from the card on file according to the agreed schedule.

If the final payment is not completed by the maximum repayment date, a 10% monthly charge will apply to the outstanding balance until it is paid in full.

Payment Schedule

All amounts are in EC dollars.

For fortnightly payments, multiply the weekly payment by two. For monthly payments, multiply the weekly payment by four.

Warranty and Return Policy
If the product(s) purchased appears to be defective within one (1) month subsequent to the date agreement was signed, due to manufacturer’s fault, the consumer can:

(i) return the product and be refunded the entire purchase/ paid amount

(ii) have the item fixed and returned to him/her or

(iii) keep the product and be discounted an agreed partial amount. (Warranty)

However, ONLY BRAND NEW items will be covered under this specified warranty.

Nonetheless, used or refurbished items will have seven (7) days warranty from date of collection after which the supplier will not bear any liability for damages, defectiveness or liabilities incurred after expiration. Consumers WILL NOT be refunded any amount if the conditions under which they insist are different from those that were previously mentioned.

No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned with all original contents, accompanied with invoice and return form.

Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering, tested not faulty, will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Returned items should be carefully packed and returned via traceable means.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information not only because of our legal and ethical commitment to compliance with the law but because we know that you care how information about you is used and shared. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Statement.
